Old Arizona's performance space is available for private rental. Due to our production schedule, availability is limited. Live stage performance rental rates and film production rental rates vary.

Production and Performance Space Features

→ 11.4' x12' automatic overhead door, makeup/wardrobe suite with lighted makeup counter and amenities, wardrobe racks, steamer, iron and ironing board, two bathroom/changing rooms (one of which is ADA accessible), ADA accessible entrance, and ADA accessible parking, 20 3'x8' portable risers w/120 chairs,
→ Sanyo PLC-XP46/L multimedia projector with 4100 ANSI lumens, True XGA (1024 x 768) resolution, and a 32' x 20' permanent hard screen, 24 channel Mackie soundboard, JBL speakers, snake box, monitor, microphones, cables, and podium, mirrored ball, Marquee Lighting Control Console, (12) Lekos: (2) 20 degree, (4) 30 degree, (3) 40 degree, (3) 50 degree, (6) 6X6 Altman Lekos, (6) 6X12 Altman Lekos, (6) Pars 64 medium, (3) Fresnelite 6" high-output fresnels, (3) Fresnelite 8" high-output fresnels (3) Dimmer Bars (each bar accommodates 6 dimmers), Sony CD/DVD player, TEAC cassette player, Volcano professional fog machine, WIFI, AC, and a fax/copy machine.
→ 1,100 square foot backstage/green room with three additional makeup stations, 100 year old wood plank floor, 11' ceiling with two ceiling fans and AC, a large Hunter Century floor fan on wheels, secondary load in/out loading dock with 8' w x 7' h door, prep area with utility sink, and one restroom.
→ In addition: 1,100 square foot rehearsal space with 18' vaulted ceiling, skylights, ceiling fans and AC, 1,100 square foot dance studio with AC, mirrored walls and one restroom,
→ Also available: two 10'x10' pop-up tents, a baby grand piano, box office capabilities, an off-sale Wine Shop, a Wine Bar and Café with an on-site cook/caterer, a storefront Tea Salon and Chocolate Lounge, an expansive courtyard complete with market umbrellas and comfortable seating, and lots of free off-street parking, all located five minutes from downtown Minneapolis.
