- 2100 sq. ft. (42 ft. x 50 ft.) space, with a sprung wood floor painted black, 43 ft. ceiling with a 48 ft. x 25 ft. Prolyte Truss grid system 20 feet from the floor, 1200 amp service with camlock connectors, A/C, SkyJack 3219 scissors lift, three levels of scaffolding, assorted laders, load in/out automatic overhead access door (11.4 ft. x 12 ft.), makeup/wardrobe suite with lighted makeup counter and amenities, wardrobe racks, steamer, iron and ironing board, two bathroom/changing rooms (one of which is ADA accessible), ADA accessible entrance, twenty (20) 3 ft. x 8 ft. portable seating risers, 120 black padded chairs, a 32 ft. x 20 ft. permanent hard screen, overhead video projector, 24 channel Mackie soundboard, JBL speakers, snake box, microphones, cables, mirrored disco ball, Volcano professional fog machine, Marquee Lighting Control Console, six (6) dimmer bars (each bar accommodates 6 (six) dimmers), lighting inventory available upon request, Sony CD/DVD player, iPod hookup, and complimentary wifi.
- 1,000 sq. ft. backstage green room and loading dock with three additional makeup stations, 100 year old wood plank floor, 11 ft. ceiling with two ceiling fans and A/C, a large Hunter Century floor fan on wheels, prep area with utility sink and one restroom.
- Additonal Amenities: A cozy Cafe & Wine Bar with an on-site cook/caterer, a storefront Tea Shop & Chocolate Lounge, off-sale Wine and Spirit Shop, an expansive courtyard complete with market umbrellas, a fire pit, comfortable seating, and free off-street parking.
