Kickboxing is a way to gain total body fitness, strength, flexibility, and a sense of self confidence. We will be kickboxing as as well as learning some self defense, general fitness, and nutritional information that will make us stronger, more confident women and athletes.

This is your chance to express your personal style and creativity by dancing to hip hop music and movement. You will learn all the tools you need to choreograph your very own dance! Tutting, popping, and break dance moves will help to enhance your unique sense of style.

Are you interested in designing and creating your own clothing? Kerry of the Red Shoe Clothing Company will teach you fashion, sketching, history, and sewing. During the semester we will have opportunities for screen printing, leather stamping, basic clothing alterations, bag making, fashion show production, photo shoots, and fabric dying.
